Your macaron dreams baked to life

I am a Pastry and Culinary Arts chef with international experience. After working at prestigious restaurants in New York City, I returned to South Africa and successfully opened my own bakery, All You Knead Is Cake, specializing in bespoke cakes and a variety of other baked goods, including my signature macarons.
In my pursuit of sharing my knowledge and passion, I became a pastry lecturer at the International Hotel School (IHS) in Westville. Here, I decided to open the Macaron Boutique, a small home business based in Ballito. It's a place where I can continue to perfect my craft, have fun, and share my love of macarons with you!
